Dr. Jimil M. Shah is an internationally recognized thermal engineering leader specializing in liquid cooling technologies for AI, hyperscale, and high-performance computing infrastructure. Over the past decade, he has contributed to the advancement of immersion cooling, direct-to-chip cooling, and next-generation thermal management solutions that enable higher computing density, improved energy efficiency, and greater infrastructure reliability.
Before founding ThermInfra, Dr. Shah served as Senior Director of Immersion Cooling at MARA Holdings, where he led engineering initiatives supporting large-scale AI infrastructure and advanced liquid cooling technologies. Earlier leadership roles at TMGcore, 3M, and an AI infrastructure startup gave him broad experience spanning research, product development, manufacturing, commercialization, and customer deployment.
At ThermInfra, Dr. Shah combines engineering innovation with practical execution to help customers design and deploy scalable liquid cooling infrastructure for AI factories, cloud computing, enterprise data centers, and HPC environments.
